The full ticket price includes:
Accommodation - 2 night's bed, breakfast and 3 course dinner for Friday & Saturday night, in the 3 Star Toorak Hotel. A large proportion of the rooms are twin bed, with a limited number of singles, doubles & triples available on a first come, first served basis. Don't have a room mate? We have a list of people looking for someone to share a twin with. (Please notw that there is a small supplement for single rooms). Sunday night is available as an extra - ask for details when booking.
Tuition - All your tuition fees for workshops & lectures with our fabulous guest stars, and a line-up of popular UK-based teachers. The workshops will be held in the lovely surroundings of two ballrooms and some smaller conference rooms. The hotel regularly hosts dance weekends in other genres, so they are used to providing a high quality learning environment. Workshop numbers are limited to ensure that there is no crowding.
Haflah and Show - Entrance to our popular Friday Night Haflah and Saturday Night Gala Show. The Gala Show features an international line-up of dancers. Both the haflah and the show are held in a beautiful ballroom where you can bop the night away without having to worry about driving back to your B&B, or getting a taxi!
Amenities - Free access to a wonderful array of on-site amenities and of course our popular souk. (more details here)
You can bring a non-dancing partner for £120.00. This includes everything except tuition (Dinner, Bed & Breakfast, entrance to all onsite amenities & tickets to both evening events).
Local dancers are welcome! There is a special rate of £99.00 for local dancers who live close to the venue. Not only does this include all tuition, it also includes tickets to the Friday night Haflah and Saturday night's Gala Show. Or as a local dancer you could come for just the Saturday (workshops & Gala Show) for just £60.00!
Local Dancer means dancers who live within a short/reasonable drive of Torquay. If you are not sure whether you qualify, please contact us to check - celebratingdance@live.com
Please note that numbers are limited - tickets are on a strictly first come, first served basis. Buy early to be sure of your place. This especially true of local dancer spaces - the event is primarily residential, so we are only able offer a limited number of tickets to dancers living in the general area.
We regret that we are unable to sell tickets just for the Friday night haflah and Saturday's Gala Show. The venue can only hold a certain number and priority must go to delegates paying either the full residential fee or those buying a local dancer ticket. We make an exception to this rule for the partners of local dancers.
Please remember that Celebrating Dance is primarily residential event.
All reservations should be made via Celebrating Dance NOT the hotel.
