Early Bird - £195.00 - the Early Bird offer has now expired.

Standard (1st June onwards) £205.00
Local Dancer - £99.00
Local Dancer (Saturday only) £60.00

Split Payment - 2 x £102.50 (balance due by 30th August)

	If you paid a £50 deposit the balance is due by 1ST AUGUST 2009 (31st May if you wish to take advantage of the Early Bird price).
	Please check availability with us for Single and Triple rooms *before* buying your ticket. We only have a limited number of each, once they are gone that's it and you will need to find a room share. We maintain a list of delegates looking for a room mate so all is not lost!
	Make sure we know who to make a ticket out to. If you are using an email address that doesn't obviously state the name that will appear on the festival pass, please give the person's name in the space available on the paypal booking form.Or send us a separate email with the details (afradancer@live.co.uk)
	Workshops - If you pay a deposit you will get priority notice when workshop booking begins. We will send you notification in advance as soon as the line-up is complete and the workshop timetable drawn up. Please be aware though that we only hold this open for 7 days so you need to return your form promptly. At the end of the 7 day priority booking period all subsequently received booking forms will be processed in order of the date that we received your form. Please make sure that you provide us with TWO choices for each session you wish to do. We do our best to ensure that everyone gets their first choices but some workshops are always more popular than others. Putting just one choice is NOT a guarantee of getting a place in that workshop - to be sure of your choices please book early! Make sure that you are completely happy with your choices as we are unable to make changes to your pass once a workshop session is underway.
